Olive Pants

edit_IMG_5361Olive Pants - A Pearl Kind of Girl Olive Pants - A Pearl Kind of Girl Olive Pants - A Pearl Kind of Girl Olive Pants - A Pearl Kind of Girl Olive Pants - A Pearl Kind of Girl Olive Pants - A Pearl Kind of Girl Olive Pants - A Pearl Kind of Girl

Top: Anthropologie // Pants: J.Crew // Shoes: Dolce Vita // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Bracelet: Gorjana // Sunnies: Karen Walker

The only thing I hate about a Texas summer is having to go from 90+ degree temperatures outside, to 60-70 degree temperatures inside. If it was up to me I would sit outside and sunbath all day, but instead I carry a jacket just about everywhere. These olive pants are a great solution to this temperature problem, especially for the office. They can easily be dressed up with heels, or dressed down with sandals and are light weight enough for 90+ degree weather. They fit true to size (wearing a 0) and come in four different colors. I have not tried on the white version, but I do not have an issue with the olive version being too thin. I gave these olive pants a more casual look by pairing them with a simple white crop top from Anthropologie. This top is currently on sale for less than $40, fits true to size (wearing a small), and is a great layering piece. Since I have a relatively short torso, I am still able to wear this cropped top without showing any midriff. This top is also 100% cotton jersey, so it is great for the heat, and there is no issue with it being see through.

About a week ago I shared these Dolce Vita mules, then last week I shared these Dolce Vita sneakers… well I am on a roll with the Dolce Vita shoes. These mules are just as comfortable as the other two shoes I shared earlier, and they fit true to size (wearing size 8). I love the laser cut leather and the distressed heel. You will never know if I scuff these heels (insert smirking emoji). I found these Dolce Vita mules at Nordstrom Rack for less than $90, total steal. I also seem to be on a roll with Rebecca Minkoff bags (whoops). I really bought this saddle bag for Austin City Limits in October, but couldn’t wait to carry it (another whoops). I love the braid and fringe detail on the front and the adjustable shoulder strap. Shop this look below! xoxo
