I love tweed and I love structured jackets, so when I saw this metallic tweed jacket at J.Crew, it was literally calling my name! The metallic silver and white color is perfect for winter and the transition into spring. I also love the fact that this jacket is fully lined, so I can wear a tank or short sleeve top (like this one pictured above) under it without the tweed being itchy. The jacket is a little short all around, so I ended up buying a size 2 and it fits perfectly. The black zipper and fringe detail gives great contrast, to make this jacket more of a statement piece. I chose to pair the jacket with my favorite high waisted jeans, a comfortable black tee and basic black pumps for a more casual look. If you want to dress this jacket up, it will go nicely with a black shift dress, or the matching a-line dress from J.Crew.
